ACTIA IMMOBILIER, established in Paris since 1994, is above all a family-run, human-scale business born from a passion for real estate, architecture, and quality work. We specialize in Real Estate Transactions and Property Management.

ACTIA IMMOBILIER PRESTIGE, a limited liability company (SARL) with a capital of €150,000.00, manages nearly €25 million in real estate assets, maintains an average of 45 days to sell a property under an exclusive mandate at the appraised price, and has had no loan refusals in over 30 years.

Our team consists of six employees, supported by around ten occasional collaborators across various sectors.
